RP/TUX 8.0 - GWADM fails with GP_CAT:1062 error (Doc ID 773023.1)

Goal

Product:  Tuxedo 8.0, RP176
Operating System:  HP-UX 11.0 (32 bit)

After applying the latest RP, the GWADM fails to startup on the backup node with the following error. The primary node
boots up fine:

112649.TuxMachineName!GWADM.xxx.1.0: GP_CAT:1062: ERROR: Cannot reallocate FML buffer to smaller than its unindexed size
112649.TuxMachineName!GWADM.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:250: ERROR: tpsvrinit() failed
112649.TuxMachineName!TMSYSEVT.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1478: ERROR: .SysServerInit: GWADM, group <GWGRP_NAME>, id <pid1> server initialization failure
112650.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxx.1.0: 05-16-2003: Tuxedo Version 8.0, 32-bit
