Goal

DESCRIPTION:
When a user logs on to the admin console (e.g. http://<HOSTNAME>:<PORT>/console) the left hand tree view is blank.

CONFIGURATION:
WLS 7.x or WLS 8.x, Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x on Windows 2000/NT/XP
