PLATFORM:  Windows 2000
PROBLEM:  Using ActiveX clients with a secondary ISL address specified in the application. Instead of a single
connection being created to the first accessible address, two connections are created to both respective ISL
addresses. This problem does not occur when a C++ client is used in the same configuration.
