Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Executing MessageQ dmq$ivp or dmq$startup commands in OpenVMS Alpha causes .mmddyy files to be created. These files do
not contain any MessageQ related information or errors but some Tuxedo related information. Problem is reproducible
under the following configuration.

CONFIGURATION:
MessageQ Version: 5.0
Operating System: Open VMS Alpha
