Goal

DESCRIPTION:
The following exception occurs when upgrading from MessageQ4.0A to 5.0. MessageQ5.0 has been installed and the user is
trying to use the group convert utility to convert one of the groups. The convert utility reports that the dmq$execrtl
is not installed.

$ install list/full SYS$SYSDEVICE:[DMQ$V50.EXE]DMQ$EXECRTLV50.EXE
%INSTALL-W-FAIL, failed to LIST entry for
DISK$SYS_TM:<DMQ$V50.EXE>DMQ$<PROCESS_NAME>.EXE
-INSTALL-E-NOKFEFND, Known File Entry not found
