Oracle Weblogic Server / WebLogic Server / 7.0, 8.1

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
The method Fchg of the class TypedFML32 with the following signature:
public void Fchg(int fldid, int occurance, java.lang.Object value)
is used to add an Object to an instance of the TypedFML32 class created with a weblogic.wtc.jatmi.FldTbl. In testing,
used occurance=10 when setting an Integer value, which implies that the occurrences 0-9 should be set to null
automatically.

However, what is observed is that *only* the occurrences 0-8 are set to null, occurrence 9 is left unchanged, and
occurrence 10 is where the Object is placed. The occurrence 9 should also be set to null according to the javadocs.

CONFIGURATION:
WLS 7.0 or WLS 8.1
Platform independent
