Goal

When installing TUX 8.1, the "Ja_JP.sjis" and "japanese.sjis" locale were not installed...
eucJP related locale was good.
Ja_JP.sjis and japanese.sjis are Shift JIS code. So japanese.sjis should be symbolic link to Ja_JP.sjis
