Goal

DESCRIPTION:
The address list on the Jolt client side uses Math.random and Math.round when making a selection on which address to
use in servicing the request.  There are some issues with using these methods that result in an uneven distribution of
service requests; more requests tend to go to the servers listed in the middle of the APPADDRESS list when it includes
more than 2 servers.

Jolt - all versions, including the current Jolt 8.1
