RP/TUX 6.5 - Incorrect TPETIME returned when using ntpd/xntpd

When using ntpd/xntpd to maintain correct system time, sometimes when system time is adjusted back (toward the past), tpcall's get TPETIME even if transaction timeout is zero. This problem occurs in Tuxedo 6.5 only at patch levels RP399 or higher.
