Goal

The buildserver command stopped working after a customer upgraded the OpenVMS operating system to version 7.3-1.  

The error message was :

CMDTUX_CAT:4180: ERROR: can't execute LINK/EXECUTABLE=[-.-.BIN.VMS]SVR.EXE /nodebug /nonative
