RP/Tux 8.0 - AUDITLOG entries are missing

Goal

In a multi-domain configuration in which the AUDITLOG feature is enabled, AUDITLOG records are not written
consistently.

For example, in the following configuration:
- 3 domains: gwc, ap1, ap2
- gwc domain acts as a switch for ap1 and ap2; it defines 2 local domains
- ap1 defines 1 local domain and defines and exports service AA_XA_1
- ap2 defines 1 local domain and defines and exports service AB_XA_1
- all domains import the services exported by the other domains
- each local domain specifies an AUDITLOG file
- a client in ap2 tpcalls service AA_XA_1

the AUDITLOG entries for gwc's local domain that interacts with ap2 are missing.
I.e.
- AUDITLOG for ap1 is ok
- AUDITLOG for ap2 is ok
- AUDITLOG for gwc/ap1 is ok
- AUDITLOG for gwc/ap2 is not ok
