Goal

Tux8.0rp261 or above> enabling TM_GW_ENHANCED_AUDIT causes leftover TMGABORTED entries in transaction table leading
to LIBTUX_CAT:328.  New TM_GW_ENHANCED_AUDIT feature has been added in Tux8.0 RP261 but it has bug that with
TM_GW_ENHANCED_AUDIT=1, there will be leftover TMGABORTED entries in transaction table (when there are across-domain
transaction errors for whatever reasons) which eventually leads to  LIBTUX_CAT:328:"No space in Bulletin Board
for Transaction Table" error.
The problem has been replicated and confirmed with Tux8.0 RP261 (or above) on Solaris 2.8 platform.
