Goal

When a MessageQ client attaches to Multinet (TGV) MessageQ CLS, the CLS asks DNS to resolve the host name of an invalid
address.  Since this IP address is invalid, the request causes a long delay because
the DNS seeks on the Internet for the invalid host name.
