Goal

DESCRIPTION:
      The customer has to shutdown (tmshutdown -w) and boot application servers from time to time,    application
servers also experience core dump and being restarted often.
      Under these situation,  the ipc queues associated with the died/shutdown application server remain, never being
cleaned up.
      The problem is fixed in TUX6.5 via CR110083, but not yet in TUX8.1.
