Goal

To configure a firewall between the Jolt clients and server to restrict incoming
connections to a specified port range, you have to set these environment variables :
<tt><em>JOLT_BINDADDR, JOLT_BINDMINPORT, and</em><em> JOLT_BINDMAXPORT. </em></tt>
