RP/TUX 8.1 - Can't build COBOL application on Solaris 64bit (Doc ID 776612.1)

Tuxedo 8.1 64 bit
Solaris 9 64 bit

Problem description :
Customer can't build COBOL application on Solaris 64bit platform.
To reproduce run "buildclient " for  CSIMPAPP.
The error is as follows:

> buildclient -v -w -C -o CSIMPCL  -f CSIMPCL.cbl
cobcc  -I$TUXDIR/include -o CSIMPCL  -L${TUXDIR}/lib  -xarch=v9 CSIMPCL.cbl   -lcobatmi  -lwsc -lbuft -lwsc  -lgpnet 
-lfml -lfml32 -lengine  -R/usr/lib/lwp -lpthread -lposix4  -lsocket -lnsl 
cobcc: illegal option -- x
usage: cobcc [option,filename] ... filename [option,filename] ...
CMDTUX_CAT:512: ERROR: Cannot execute C compiler cobcc  -I$TUXDIR/include -o CSIMPCL  -L${TUXDIR}/lib  -xarch=v9
CSIMPCL.cbl   -lcobatmi  -lwsc -lbuft -lwsc  -lgpnet  -lfml -lfml32 -lengine  -R/usr/lib/lwp -lpthread -lposix4 
-lsocket -lnsl 

The problem seems to be with "-xarch=v9 " option ignored by cobcc.
