Warning messages appear, when dmq$menu.com is executed.

$ @dmq$exe:dmq$menu
ÜL-W-UNDSYM, undefined symbol - check validity and spelling
 \ALPHA\
ÜL-W-UNDSYM, undefined symbol - check validity and spelling
 \VAX\

After above messages, the menu appears.
