Goal

In the following scenario:
- The transaction manager for one branch of a transaction receives XAER_RMFAIL from xa_commit() and logs this message
(twice):
  CMDTUX:_CAT:447: ERROR: xa_commit returned -7 for group GROUPB
- The transaction coordinator logs the message
  CMDTUX_CAT:414: ERROR: TMS() got request for invalid Global Transaction ID

What is the significance of CMDTUX_CAT:414?

The environment is Tux 6.5 RP 510 with Sybase, which occasionally returns XAER_RMFAIL in response to xa_commit().
