RP/TUX 8.1/TUX 9.1 - FML32 cannot work correctly in MKS shell on windows if using FML and FML32 in the same application (Doc ID 776708.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
In MKS shell of windows, if use FMl and FML32 in the same application, if the
FIELDTBLS,FLDTBLDIR,FIELDTBLS32,FLDTBLDIR32 environment is set by  using export command in the shell, then the FML32
tablem cannot be loaded by the application and introduced some FML function failure.

reproducer:
qa/sanity_test/apps/fmlapp, Modify server to let it call Ffprint/Ffprint32 to print the FML/FML32 buffer into some
file. run the application, and check the output of Ffprint/Ffprint32, in the result of Ffprint32, the id instead of
name of each element is printed.
