Goal
Load balancing does not appear to work properly with the service cache enabled, even when LDBAL=Y. For example, in a SHM configuration with LDBAL=Y and no MSSQ sets, SERVER1 receives the majority of requests for SVC1, even though there are other servers that implement SVC1 and they are idle.
In addition, the output of tmadmin printqueue differs significantly from the output of ipcs -qa.
Tmadmin reports that 1 or 2 messages are queued, whereas ipcs shows that approximately 20 messages are in SERVER1's request queue. In this configuration, MSSQ is not used. Instead, multiple servers implementing the same service are configured. The environment is Tux 8.1 RP 171.
