RP/TUX 8.1/TUX 9.1 - /WS,IIOP client hang when network buffer full and receive FIN packet (Doc ID 776796.1)

The customer is using /WS client and IIOP client on linux with HP-UX server.
When following conditions, the client hangs.
- network buffer full(e.g. network is very slow and send large message)
- shutdown WSH/ISH 

This is Linux specific issue. write/send on Linux under the buffer full condition, it can not detect network
disconnection receiving FIN packet and will be hang forever.
If it receives RST packet or runs on UNIX , it can detect it. 

Client on linux and server on Unix
