The customer configures a mp mode, which has GWTDOMAINs on both master and slave. He executes tmipcrm to clear the
master node, then runs a native client on slave machine to call a remote domain service. Half requests fail due to the
reason that half requests are routed to master's GWTDOMAIN (round robin). However, for app servers in mp mode, the
local ones are always preferable. Please refer to tuxedo 8.0 new load balancing feature:

GWTDOMAINS's load balancing behavior violates this feature and increases bridge traffic.

Test case: winXP (master), Solaris 5.8 (slave) - Local Domain
           winXP - Remote Domain
           Tuxedo 8.0 RP357

Customer: Solaris 5.8 Tuxedo 8.0 RP230
