Goal

DESCRIPTION:
It is a porting project to Tuxedo 9.0.
The changes are as following:
1. Two bridges between BMQ and Tuxedo /Q (TMQUEUE_BMQ and TMQFORWARD_BMQ) need to change to fit with taurus
environment.
2. dmqgcp need to link tuxedo libaries, link new libraries (taurus) to accommodate the change of taurus and to share
potential benifits of taurus new features.
3. Installer need to be changed to fit with new environment.
