Goal

DESCRIPTION:
   In /Q configuration, if one of the TMS_QM processes crashes, the system is unable to restart the process, generating the following errors:

150438.TuxMachineName!restartsrv.xxxx.1.-2: server TMQUESGRP/30003: CMDTUX_CAT:579: ERROR: Cannot restart a server - unknown process creation error: 16
150438.TuxMachineName!restartsrv.xxxx.1.-2: server TMQUESGRP/30003: CMDTUX_CAT:587: INFO: Cannot restart server, scheduling for cleanup
