Goal

DESCRIPTION:
The following problem has been uncovered when testing the enhancement patch =>
TMATCP81_CICS_ZOS14_RP2_EDJones.tar.Z.

When the SYSID() option is included in the CICS LINK PROGRAM('BEAPRERQ'), it causes a Return Code of 17 to be sent
back to the Cobol program and the request does not reach the remote Tuxedo Server.
This occurs when an attempt is made to start multiple Background Process CICS Cobol Client programs simultaneously.
When a single Background Process is started, the problem does not occur.

CONFIGURATION:
TMA TCP8.1 RP2 running on z/os 1.4
