Goal

DESCRIPTION:
If GWTDOMAIN fails to send reply due to network send error,  it could then fail again when sending failure reply due
to encode/decode problem.  
       
Below is the error sequence:
155037.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxxx.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1561: ERROR: Network send error, drop message!
155037.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxxx.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1041: ERROR: Unrecoverable error occurred on send of data - sending
failure reply over network
155047.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxxx.1.0: GP_CAT:1048: ERROR: Don't know how to encode/decode data for request opcode

155047.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:6031: ERROR: Unable to pre-process buffer before tranmission.  Error
code(12/4096)
155047.TuxMachineName!GWTDOMAIN.xxxx.1.0: LIBGWT_CAT:1282: ERROR: Memory allocation failure for compression

The problem does not always happen.
