Goal
DESCRIPTION: Customer is running a big application. All of a sudden, one server started to log that tpcall had returned -1 tperrno TPESYSTEM. The documentation states that when this error occurs, there is some additional info in the ULOG. tpcall : [TPESYSTEM] A BEA Tuxedo system error has occurred. The exact nature of the error is written to a log file. However, there is no additional error in the ULOG when this happens. See attached ulog. A code review shows a lot of places where we set tperrno to TPESYSTEM without any additional ULOG logging, especially in the tcm.c file. lmidtomid.c tcm.c: tmacall.c tmchrel.c tmdeq.c ... This is an enhancement request for additional context information to be logged in the ULOG when a TPESYSTEM error happens. CONFIGURATION: Tuxedo All Supported Platforms
