RP/TUX 8.1 - Metadata Repository WSDL does not work with WL and AL (Doc ID 777318.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Tuxedo 9.0 metadata repository feature provides capability (using tmunloadrepos -w) to generate a WSDL for a Tuxedo
service defined in the repository. However, WSDL generated does not work with ALSB. The Tuxedo generated WSDL is
based on WSDL 2.0 specs (see http://e-docs/tuxedo/tux90/rfcm/rfcmd34.htm#1791154). WebLogic Platform as well as
AquaLogic Platform support WSDL 1.1 spec only and do not support 2.0 spec yet. As per WLS PM for web services, there
has not been much adoption to WSDL 2.0 spec in the industry. This leaves this particular aspect of meta data
repository feature somewhat useless as generated WSDL cannot be used with any BEA product. Possibly the same is true
for most other vendor's products.

Need to support generation of WSDL based on 1.1 spec, especially from AquaLogic Service Bus integration point of view.
In the absence of a generated WSDL, customer will need to write their own for Tuxedo services being exposed as Web
service through ALSB/TuxedoTransport or WLS.

Since Metadata Repository feature has been back ported in Tuxedo 8.1 Rolling Patch 261, so need to propagate the fix
for Tuxedo 8.1.

CONFIGURATION:
Tuxedo 8.1
