RP/TUX 8.1/TUX 9.1 - CMDTUX_CAT:1410 outputs when tmboot MP mode (Doc ID 777596.1)

DESCRIPTION:
When using MP mode, following scenario, CMDTUX_CAT:1410 outputs in ULOG, but it not effect to application impact.

1) the slave node is down
2) the slave node is up and starts tlisten
2) tmboot -B (slave node)

It's expected behavior because of DBBL cognized as partitioned status.
However, slave node BBL bootup fails and IPC message queue remains.

So, after plcean on mater node and tmboot -B (slave node) again, following error occurs.

These errors are harmless, but the customer is confused by the error message.
