Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Customer is getting the below error message during the application compilation (makefile):

ld: /opt/bea/tuxedo9.1/lib/libcobatmi.a(TPACALL.o): relocation R_X86_64_32 against `COB_del_ctx' can not be used when
making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC

/opt/bea/tuxedo9.1/lib/libcobatmi.a: could not read symbols: Bad value
