DESCRIPTION: There are about 11 test cases of the test unit GWTDOMAIN Connection Policy failed on the platform IBM PowerPC AIX 5.3 in the test of Phoenix because of the reason bellow: A local domain tries to connect to a remote domain as you specified in the dub. When it tries to connect to a TDomain session's primary record failed as you set. You expect that it will try to connect to the next sequential backup record remote domain you specified in the dubb based on the CONNECTION_POLICY attribute. However, it won't try to connect to the next sequential backup record when the primary record fails to connect. This failure has been found in the regression test of Phoenix, but it also happens in GA version of the release tuxedo9.0 (NO RP) on the platform IBM PowerPC AIX 5.3.
