RP/JOLT 9.1/TUX 9.1 - [WLS jolt pool] Not connected to Tuxedo, when joltpool targeted to cluster (Doc ID 777852.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Customer has a WLS 9.2 domain with cluster configured.

They created a Jolt pool a target it to one managed, all works fine Jolt sessions are connected to Tuxedo domain.

Now they need to target this Jolt pool to full WLS cluster, but no connection are done with Tuxedo domain. 
The only difference between configuration that works and configuration that fails is the target (full cluster, or some of them only). 
No change on JoltPool parameters.

Replicated the issue on Windows using WLS9.2 and WLS 9.2 MP1, Tuxedo 8.1 server and Jolt 9.1 classes (RP 37).

CONFIGURATION:
WLS 9.2 or WLS 9.2 MP1
Tuxedo 8.1
Jolt 9.1 classes (joltwls.jar, joltjse.jar, jolt.jar) add to WLS system classpath
