Goal

DESCRIPTION:
When trying to install a patch - RP34 on OpenVMS using Method#2, the installation failed with the following error:

Enter the products to be processed from the next distribution volume set.
* Products: 

   Method 2 - updating the MQVAX050/MQAXPA50 kit by
              creating a temporary directory, unpacking the 
              V5.0 kit, making the update, and rebulding a
              kit that can be VMSINSTALed on the target system.

              NOTE: Method 2 requires about 130000 blocks of 
              free disk space on AXP systems (40000 for VAX)
