Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Previously for BMQ 5.01 on Itanium, the licensee 'Compaq Computer Corp' is not allowed anymore. HP should use new licenses generated for them for use with 5.01.

There is a new requirement that HP can use the licensee 'Compaq Computer Corp'.
