RP/TUX 9.1 - /WS tpcall() became extremely slow after attacked WSH (200 times slower than before) (Doc ID 777917.1)

Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Scenario is as follows:
   1. Configure the WSL's option as following:

   WSL SRVGRP=BGROUP SRVID=1 
       CLOPT="-A -t --  -n //bjiahp2:2142 -z 0 -Z 128 -m 1 -M 1 -x 1024 -I 120"
___________________________________________________________________________
 
   2. tmboot;
   3. Using a /WS client, call Tuxedo Service. It takes ~514 msec for tpcall to complete; using netstat, find the
WSH's port.
   4. Using a Java Application, connect WSH's port, and send an invalid data then close the socket. Repeat the step
900 times.
   5. Wait for 2 minutes. 
   6. Using a /WS client, call Tuxedo Service. It takes ~101858 msec for tpcall to complete.
