Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Customer has a front domain that multiplexes the request across the application domains.
The problem is if one of the application domains comes down and there are requests coming from the front domain, 
all the coming requests are hanging until the system times them out instead of failing and returning an error code. 

This caused the queue to build up. They claim that prior to RP320 they were getting the TPESYSTEM error. 
With RP320, the request just hangs. They want this error returned.
