Symptoms

When using <netui:anchor> tag with the attribute popup='true', the pop up browser shows the 404 error page, instead of displaying the portal page. This occurs on every deployment after changing the controller file only for streaming portal, not for file-based portal.

As a workaround restarting the server(s) helps to populate the correct link on the pop-up pages, but re-occurs on any further redeployment.
