Goal

DESCRIPTION:
In Tuxedo 9.1, a GWTDOMAIN does not silently retry connections to unreachable gateways on the local host. Each retry
attempt is logged in the ULOG. This is undesirable behavior and is different from previous Tuxedo releases. The effect
is that the ULOG will be flooded with the following message:
But subsequent attempts should be retried silently, that is, not logged in the ULOG.
