Goal

DESCRIPTION:

In a Tuxedo application is getting the error below:

075644.TuxMachineName!PSAPPSRV.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:579: ERROR: Unable to obtain the registry slot owned by process
075644.TuxMachineName!PSAPPSRV.xxx.1.0: LIBTUX_CAT:248: ERROR: System init function failed, Uunixerr =
075644.TuxMachineName!restartsrv.xxx.1.-2: server APPSRV/7: CMDTUX_CAT:579: ERROR: Cannot restart a server - unknown process creation error: 12
075644.TuxMachineName!restartsrv.xxx.1.-2: server APPSRV/7: CMDTUX_CAT:587: INFO: Cannot restart server, scheduling for cleanup
075644.TuxMachineName!restartsrv.xxx.1.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:589: ERROR: Cannot find registry table entry for restarting server

When this happens none of their PSAPPSRV processes are able to restart and eventually they are all gone and no processing can continue.
