Goal

Tuxedo 9.1 RP074 or later


When installing patch (RP074 or later), error popup windows appear for epifreg. It says, The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150004). 
Click on OK to terminate the application. This problem seems occurs on Windows XP only, not on Windows 2003.
