Symptoms

The Content Presenter portlet configuration fails when directly nesting books within books such as Book > Book > Page > Presenter Portlet.  The following exception is thrown when clicking the Save button in the Content Presenter Wizard.  The issue does not occur if the pages are part of the 'Main Page Book'.
