Goal

DESCRIPTION:
In domain2, set environment GW_MAXPENDINGBYTES_FILE=gwtmax, the gwtmax file's content is as following:
DEFAULT: 20000000,20000000

After tmboot, domain2's native client failed to call domain1's Tuxedo Service.
