Goal

DESCRIPTION:
Using a MessageQ group v.5 on an OpenVMS, the administrative menu has a monitor option. When choosing a group number
or directly entering a return, the user receives the following error message:

 %PAMS-F-PAMSDOWN, MessageQ group is down - COM Server has exited
Examining closer, it appears COM server crashed with:
%PLI-F-ERROR, PL/I ERROR condition.
