RP/TUX 8.1 - propagate CR040831: qmadmin loops when parent process is killed (Doc ID 778252.1)

Start 2 UNIX sessions. Configure the application and boot it up.

   First session:
      Start a ksh session
      Retrieve PID of this ksh
      Launch qmadmin

   Second session:
      Kill the ksh : kill -P <PID of ksh>

   First session:
      Type CR (carriage return)
      Notice that qmadmin loops endless.

   Second session:
      Kill qmadmin process
Has to kill a second time qmadmin process.
The problem occurs in Production.

Tuxedo 8.1 RP343 32-bit delivery on AIX boxes (built with AIX 4.3.3 binaries)
