Goal

DESCRIPTION: 
If you build two COBOL service files to one server like this:
buildserver -C -o cserver -s 'CTOUPPER,CTOLOWER' -f ctoupper.cbl -f ctolower.cbl
The client tpcall CTOUPPER first and then tpcall CTOLOWER, the second tpcall FAILED.

If you build the upper COBOL files to separate server like this:
buildserver -C -o ctoupper -s 'CTOUPPER' -f ctoupper.cbl 
buildserver -C -o ctolower -s 'CTOLOWER' -f ctolower.cbl 
The client can tpcall the two services successfully.
