Symptoms

There are two possible symptoms for this issue:

  1. Error message that is logged to the server console: <Error> <Content Collaboration API> <BEA-000000> <[No count metadata could be found for node with id '<ID>'.] >
  2. Discussions portlet shows inaccurate counts of items within categories and/or forums.
