In Portal 4.5WS, PTSpy logs show additional error information. Run PTSpy on the job server while the job is failing, and capture the output for analysis. An example error message from PTSpy is:
[FUNC, PID 2900, TID 2960, 15:42:35] Leaving Function CPTFileProvider::Initialize
[ERROR, PID 2900, TID 2960, 15:42:35] *** COM exception: Unspecified error (0x80004005): [Error in CPTFileProvider::Initialize, unable to impersonate user 'MYDOMAIN\plumtree'. Plumtree could not decrypt the string. Bad Data.] (88,I:\LivingCodeUnix\TopLevel\ProductCode\Extensibility\Accessors-Providers\FileProvider\PTFileProvider.cpp)
If you run the job with logging set to Verbose mode, you should see something like this when you get the error:
8/7/02 15:42:34- (2960) 0 cards in this group have expired and are no longer in the system.
8/7/02 15:42:35- (2960) *** Job Operation #1 failed: Call to perform operation #1 failed with error (0x80004005): (null) (0x4)
