BPEL Emails Not Being Sent to a List With Multiple Email Addresses Separated by Commas or Semi-Colons (Doc ID 779216.1)

Oracle(R) BPEL Process Manager - Version: 10.1.3.4
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

After upgrade from 10.1.3.x to 10.1.3.4 MLR#x emails are not being sent when there is a comma separated list of email receivers when using a BPEL Email Process Activity (from JDeveloper).

It works when there is only one email address defined in the BPEL Email Process Activity.

It has also been seen that when upgrading from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 the opposite is seen, meaning that emails are not being sent when there is a semi-colon separated list of email receivers when using a BPEL Email Process Activity (from JDeveloper).

Changes

A recent upgrade to 10.1.3.4 and one of the Integration MLR patch sets.  Or an upgrade from 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5.
