Symptoms

There are intermittent problems observed when trying to login to WebDAV using SSO user.The user fails to login with the following error in Internet Explorer:

"Internet explorer could not open as a web folder. Would you like to see its default view instead?"

The error faced in Content Server logs are:

content_server16: Network message format error. The OPTIONS request from host xxx.xx.com with browser header semantics has no content type defined. [ Details ]
