SQL Developer 1.5.3

Problem
-------

Unicode database contains special characters. One of these is Ǭ

This can be seen using an external font testing page:
https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/01ec/index.htm
Unicode Character 'LATIN CAPITAL LETTER O WITH OGONEK AND MACRON' (U+01EC)
Can be typed in Wordpad (alt-492) with Unicode font (Arial Unicode MS).

Problem is that SQL Developer is displaying an open square.

The character needs to be displayed OK in SQL Developer Worksheet.
